Here's how to order:

  1. Browse the flavors. Explore our signature cookie selection and find your favorites. Flavors are listed below, special requests are always allowed!

  2. Choose your quantity. Select the order tier that works best for your needs. Minimum 2 dozen per order.

  3. Submit an inquiry. Complete our order form below with your requested flavors, quantities, occasion, location and preferred delivery date.

  4. Confirmation. We'll confirm availability, timing, and final pricing before your order is finalized.

  5. Secure Your Order. Once your order details and pricing are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. For orders placed within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at booking. Once payment is received, we'll take care of the details so you can look forward to something delicious!

We typically require 2–4 days' advance notice for cookie orders. Additional lead time may be needed for larger orders or busy periods, so we recommend reaching out early.

We believe the occasion shouldn't determine the price. Our products are priced consistently, whether you're celebrating a wedding, hosting a corporate event, or gathering with family and friends. Custom events receive customized pricing based on your selections, quantities, and requested services—not simply because it's a wedding. Exceptional food and hospitality should come with honest, transparent pricing.

Delivery & Ordering Policy

At Ducks Dozen, every order is made from scratch with a little extra love! To make sure your treats arrive fresh and your experience is as sweet as possible, here's what you need to know before placing an order.

Where We Deliver

We're proud to serve the Connecticut area between New Haven and Hartford, including surrounding communities along the way.

Delivery availability is based on your location, order size, and our schedule. Live a little outside our usual delivery area? Don't count yourself out just yet! Reach out, and we'll see if we can make it happen.

Delivery fees vary by location and will be communicated with your quote before your order is confirmed. Orders outside our standard delivery area may be subject to additional fees or may not be available for delivery.

A Little Advance Notice

Everything at Ducks Dozen is made to order, so we need a little time to prepare your goodies!

  • 24 hours' notice is the minimum for all orders and bookings. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be guaranteed and will only be considered if availability allows.

  • 72 hours' notice is strongly preferred to give us the best opportunity to accommodate your order, flavors, quantities, and scheduling preferences.

  • Larger orders, custom requests, dessert catering, and private chef bookings may require additional advance notice.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Your order or booking is not confirmed until availability has been approved, the applicable deposit has been received, and the details have been agreed upon.

Let's Make It Official

A deposit is required for every confirmed order or booking. Your deposit secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin planning and preparing for your order.

The required deposit amount, payment deadline, and any remaining balance will be communicated with your quote. Your order is not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received.

Delivery Day Details

We'll coordinate your delivery date, estimated arrival window, and delivery address with you in advance. Please make sure the address and contact information you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order as agreed.

If your delivery details change, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes to the delivery address, timing, or order may affect availability and delivery fees.

If we're unable to complete a delivery because of an incorrect address, lack of access, or no one being available to receive the order as arranged, additional delivery fees or redelivery may apply. Redelivery is subject to availability.

We love a good excuse to make something delicious! If you're planning a celebration, need a larger quantity, or have a request outside our usual delivery area, reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate your plans whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please contact Ducks Dozen as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund, including the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a deposit refund. However, if you choose to reschedule your order, your deposit may be transferred to a new booking, subject to availability.

Holiday orders are excluded from rescheduling and will forfeit the deposit.

If you need to adjust quantities, flavors, or delivery details rather than cancel, we'll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and production timing.
